THE LETTER

Righting wrongs with depressing songs

About Me

Born from the void of post-University life, THE LETTER are here to hijack the world with volume and melody.
Hailing from Sheffield (via Rotherham) and specialising in widescreen rock action, the band come armed with their second release – ‘CONFESSIONS’. Recorded by rising Sheffield production duo ihop (Neil McSweeney, Fury Of The Headteachers, Darlings Of The Splitscreen, Yo-Yo Static) and featuring six epic soundtracks for broken hearts and broken strings.
From the Dylan-in-space break up anthem DON'T LOCK YOURSELF IN to the chiming Pavement-esque meltdown of FIRST TASK, this mini-lp is rollercoaster ride of emotions and fuzzy rock tuneage. Sit up and take heed of the ringing in your ears people! It's ear-bleeding country at it's finest...
