I am interested in the fields of alternative energy and technology, architecture, art and design, computer animation, graphics and special effects, dance, film, martial arts, music, science (fact, fantasy and fiction), type design, travel and I also collect art, photography and comic books. I also thoroughly enjoy action sports like paintball, airsoft skirmishing and off-road biking.

There are many people I'd like to meet and photograph including: Angelina Jolie, Liv Tyler, The Dalai Lama, Jennifer Connelly, Meg Ryan, Johnny Lydon, Robin Williams, Johnny Depp and Tom Hanks.Anyone who shares my passion for art, photography and design. In fact I find most people interesting and enjoy listening to their stories.

My musical tastes are quite diverse as you might notice if you ever see my collection. However my favourite artists and DJ's do include:Hybrid, BT, Future Sound of London, Orbital, Depeche Mode, Cocteau Twins, New Order, The Cranes, The Cure, Chicane, Delerium, Lisa Gerrard, Love Spirals Downwards, Sarah McLachlan, Paul Oakenfold and DJ Tiesto.I also enjoy film soundtracks like Peter Gabriels The Passion, Blackhawk Down, Gladiator, Edward Scissorhands, Morricones' The Mission and The Good, The Bad & The Ugly.

Blade Runner, Baraka, Koyanisquatsi, Cinema Paradisio, Kagemusha, Seven Samurai, Star Wars, Se7en, Fritz Langs' M, The Lord of the Rings and Lawrence of Arabia.
Television:
I don't really watch much TV, however I'm a fan of shows like: Wire in the Blood, Eleventh Hour, Touching Evil, Second Sight, CSI, Enterprise, Supernatural, and Smallville. I'm a big fan of sci-fi and also tv shows which explore the world of crime, psychology and the paranormal(not those terrible Hauntings shows with Derek Acora and his ilk). When in the mood I'll also watch documentaries, nature and history shows.
Books:
I am an avid reader, and enjoy reading SciFi and Fantasy, Biographies and Historical Fact and Fiction. Books like Lord of the Rings, Arthur Conan Doyles' Sherlock Holmes and the writings of Joseph Campbell figure highly in my library. Thanks to the advent of the ebook I now carry many of the classics around with me on my PDA so that I can enjoy some good books when I'm left with time to kill and nothing to shoot (photographs that is).
Heroes:
Heroes are a disappearing breed and are often confused with celebrities, to me the real heroes are the people who work to save the lives of people they do not know. Firemen and Nurses are fine examples of the kind of people I'm talking about. However as a creative individual for inspiration I look to talents like Mike Mignola, Bill Sienkiewicz, Ashley Wood, Dave McKean, John Van Fleet, John William Waterhouse, Rick Berry, Jeffery Jones and Michael Kaluta, Howard Schatz and Neville Brody among others...
