I'm a horror and sci-fi fanatic basically - I especially like Asian horror. But I like a myriad of interesting films. Romantic comedies make me physically ILL. With the exception of the 80's teen genre flicks like Say Anything and Pretty in Pink, Rom Coms are evil and they must be stopped. Other than that, I really love film to the ends of the earth, people.

I'm generally hot for fiction. A Fine Balance, She's Come Undone, The Dark Tower series - and anything that Stephen King has ever written, The Bell Jar, 1984, The Bluest Eye, Shardik, The Lovely Bones, Wicked, Native Son, Slaughterhouse Five, The anything by bell hooks (though non fic), The Lady and the Unicorn, Girl With the Pearl Earring, The Prophet, Fahrenheit 451, The Hobbit, Memoirs of a Geisha, Cane, Year of Wonders: a Novel of the Plague (my favorite)...
