Award winning ASCAP singer/songwriter Fawn is currently part of the pop/electronica/dance group Body Soul And Mind with partner Vincent Covello. They have collectively had success with a top ten hit in the UK and a song which raised 5 million for people with HIV/AIDS, both of which were recorded with Producer/Artist BT Brian Transeau (Film Composer for Monster, Fast and Furious). Some of their TV, commercial and film credits have included CBS TV’s Guiding Light, 1-800-Missing with Vivica A. Fox, Ford, Mazda, Lavazza Coffee, Barbie and the TV series DVD release of Witchblade.
Fawn was recently seen on Paula Abdul’s reality TV show Hey Paula, E.T. The Insider, TMZ, Good Morning America, KTLA, FOX 11 News, 944, CC Variety TV, among others. She also filmed a short documentary while in Prague with Body, Soul and Mind, promoting their 2nd album which was released with a cookbook by celebrity Chef to the Stars Roman Hadrbolec, whose clients have included Cher, Jack Nicholson, Tom Cruise, Paul Newman and others.
Fawn and Vincent have worked with recording artists Meredith Brooks, Paula Cole, QD3, Ed Townsend, Lalah Hathaway, Club Nuveau’s Val Watson, DJ Sasha, John Digweed, Paul Oakenfold and have shared the stage with a variety of artists such as Prodigy, Joan Osbourne, Chaka Khan, Stevie Wonder, Dionne Warwick, Carl Anderson, David Pomeranz, Thelma Houston, Chrisse Hynde, Pepper Mashay and War’s Howard E. Scott. Fawn has also worked with an array of other celebrities, including Pamela Anderson, Joan Rivers,
Kevin Costner, Tommy Lee, Martin Lawrence, Magic Johnson, Jermaine Dupri, Rae Dawn Chong, Hulk Hogan, Catherine Oxenberg, Florence Henderson, Jay Leno, James Callahan, Erik Estrada, John Amos, David Marshall Grant and Alexandra Paul and others appearing with them in film, TV and benefits for several worthy charities.
Fawn has also sung for world renown conductors, Paul Salamunovich, Jean Berger and Duane Wolfe for various projects and is currently working on a new music projects with Darude (Sandstorm) and New York DJ/Producer Chad Jack, whose remixes include Whitney Houston’s Whatchulookinatt, Missy Elliott’s Work It, Chicola’s Imagetcha, Purple Kitty’s Bang On, Vernessa Mitchell’s Took My Life and Trouble Don’t Last Always, as well as produced Jason Walker’s Set It Free. Chad has also done remix work for Tommy Boy Records and Sony/Columbia Records.
In her free time she enjoys mentoring children and adults alike, helping them
become aquainted with and prolific in piano, voice and songwriting. She believes that a gift is as important as what you do with it, so she spends a few hours a month working with people of all ages, dealing with different issues. She has been known to incorporate her wolf hybrid, "Wolfadeaus" and 8 or her other rescue animals to aid in the healing process of hurting people of all ages. Her belief is that there is "no such thing as a 'problem' person or child, only a problem in understanding"
Fawn has a direct and honest approach in her music and her life. She continually lends her support, time and heart, performing for benefits involving AIDS, Cancer, Animal Rescue, Special Olympics, and many other important causes. She explains, "There is no
distinction or difference in the heart ofhumanity...we are all equally
significant. The more candles you light in the world, the brighter it
becomes." Multi-talented, and
naturally charismatic, Fawn loves the adventure in
taking risks and as a gifted and versatile
singer/songwriter, she also composes music in all
genres. She says, "Beethoven once wrote, 'into the
heart it has sprung, into the heart it shall
penetrate'...I believe and strive in this
endeavor."
