Like the bee gathering honey from different flowers, the wise man accepts the essence of different scriptures and sees only the good in all religions. - Srimad Bhagavatam (Hindu Text)
Conscious contact, spiritual studies, reading, outdoors, travel, sightseeing, beaches, bozo's on the bus. People who understand that life isn't about keeping score.
"Where would the world be now if the Ghandi's, the Jesus's, the Buddhas, Martin Luther Kings, Yoganandas, George Washingtons, etc., etc., of the world had not chosen to take an active part in it and stand up for the light? The world would be completely full of suffering, slavery and darkness.Those heroes of the past have had their time here and made their choices. And now we're here and we all have a choice to make. We're the ones that are here to take their place.So who'll stand up for the light and for love and for freedom, which can only come from the soul?If not now, when? And if not you, who?"

I would love to meet Jesus, so we could tell the world the Truth. One religion is not the only way! Being perfect isn’t human. All people are the Same in spirit. Reincarnation exists. We are all spiritual beings. We don’t have to be separate to be unique. If we love others, we will be loved. The world is our family. Hate is a learned condition. The soul is eternal by its very nature. Don’t hate your enemy; learn from them. Explore other religions and see how they all Tie together. Learn to appreciate people who love life and themselves, and who can laugh at the world and themselves. Seek out people who seek and speak Truth. Know that knowledge is riches. Today, be aware that the same sun brightens our day & warms our hearts.
Tonight, we will be looking at the same moon & stars that light up the night.
Always, remember that we are breathing the same air… we share this planet.
From every human being there rises a light that reaches straight to heaven. And when two souls that are destined to be together find each other, their streams of light flow together, and a single brighter light goes forth from their united being.- Baal Shem Tov
The great secret... is not having bad manners or good manners or any other particular sort of manners, but having the same manner for all human souls: in short, behaving as if you were in Heaven, where there are no third-class carriages, and one soul is as good as another. - George Bernard Shaw

"All truth passes through three stages:
first, it is ridiculed;
next it is violently attacked;
finally, it is held to be self-evident."

"Live your life that the fear of death can never enter your heart. Trouble no one about his religion. Respect others in their views and demand that they respect yours. Love your life, perfect your life, beautify all things in your life. Seek to make your life long and of service to your people. Prepare a noble death song for the day when you go over the great divide.Always give a word or sign of salute when meeting or passing a friend, or even a stranger, if in a lonely place. Show respect to all people, but grovel to none. When you rise in the morning, give thanks for the light, for your life, for your strength. Give thanks for your
food and for the joy of living. If you see no reason to give thanks, the fault lies in yourself.Abuse no one and no thing, for abuse turns the wise ones to fools and robs the spirit of its vision. When your time comes to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live
their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song, and die like a hero going home." by: Tecumseh -(1768-1813) Shawnee Chief

I admire people who come to the center of their own existence, such as Gandhi, who stated that he had been confronted with three opponents in his lifetime; the first was the British empire, the second and more formidable opponent was the Indian people. But by far his most troublesome opponent was himself. I admire the great mythologist Joseph Campbell. I admire Thomas Jefferson, who helped implement the very important structure of seperation between church and state. I admire the original teachings of Jesus, who was perhaps the greatest of all the prophets. I admire my former art teacher, who showed me by her actions that it is okay to be myself. I admire anyone who dares to be the person they were created to be, despite what other people think."Acceptance of what has happened is the first step to overcoming the consequences of any misfortune."~William James
