From the violin and youth orchestras aged 9, through school and college bands playing bass and drums to working as a tape-op then sound engineer in studios to drums in a signed band and recording and touring and playing bass and baritone sax at gigs and sessions and studying jazz harmony n' arranging to writing tracks and albums then music for adverts to taking up the double bass and suffering sore fingers and hands to loving it and getting to play some amazing music with some lovely and wonderful people...why, i could be the luckiest...!!
