About Me

I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4He first started exploring music on the piano at the age of six, then took up the guitar a few years later. At the age of 18, Marco moved to Pescara To study at European Musician Institute.He did masterclasses with a lot of musicians: Roy Patterson, Vic Juris, Steve Trovato, Jack Wilkins, Gene Bertoncini, Royce Campbell, David Friesen and many others. He also did a masterclass in Rome with Scott Henderson (Saint Louis Music School) in 2002 and 2007 with Mike Stern. He studied baroque music. In 2004 he moved to Siena to study at the Siena Jazz School with professors Giulio Stracciati, Mariano Di Nunzio, Franco Fabbrini, and Marcello Faneschi. Then in 2005 moved to the United States to study with Bob Ferrazza (Oberlin College, Ohio) and with legendary guitarist Howard Alden in New York City.
