MyGen Profile GeneratorHate Profile was founded in 1998 by Amon 418 (ex-Baratro, later Opposite Sides and Hortus Animae) in order to give life to his musical instincts and lyrical urges.
Main focus of this project is to create black/extreme metal having a strong and personal conceptual approach, uniting the scorn towards this world of Ruins with the need to push the Spirit forward.
After some rehearsals with members from Entity and Defixio, Amon 418 decided to proceed on his own involving different musicians from time to time to complete the recording line-up.
The first album Opus I: The Khaos Hatefile was completed in 2002, but the writing process of the whole Opus went further until early 2004, manifesting itself in a three-album concept to be completed with Opus II: The Soul Proceeds and Opus III: Spirit Breed Era Vulgaris.
After recruiting GroM from Hortus Animae and Ancient, the band started to record the debut album, entirely produced throughout 2004 by Amon 418 under the seal Era Vulgaris Musick and published by the Italian label Cruz del Sur Music on December 2005.
The positive outcome of the collaboration with GroM and Fabban ov Aborym (as cover Artist), suggested to open the project to dedicated Comrades who are able to impress their Energy and skills on the music, magnifying each albums character and hidden meaning.
Hate Profile is presently working to complete Opus II while recording a split-cd with the one-man band Defixio.
