This is a journey into sound. A journey which along the way will bring to you a new color, new dimension, new value.
Big partaker of the nightlife scene, and a DJ as you can see on the sets player...a nice dose of after-hours never hurts sometimes either. I support those who do things right and not throw parties half-assed. Having a prior musical background got me into this whole mess...and boy am I glad. Or am I? What else...I play whatever's in my mood...or can get me gigs for that matter. But I do have to like it. It goes all over. House, trance, d'n'b, breaks, minimal, you name it, I've probably partaked to some degree in it...well, except for that hardcore stuff. hahaha. Listen to some mixes and you'll quickly see what I'm talking about. My tastes know almost no boundaries.
I work quietly in the background, just to get things done. Not so much for the props and adoration. Those who know me though, know I do it for the right reasons. But I get good payoffs out of things in the end. Win-wins are what you should strive for at all times.
That aside, I do a LOT of reading. Almost constantly. Best way to learn. In fact, one should never stop learning. By that I mean reading thought-provoking, interesting, outside-the-box stuff that actually makes you think about it, toss it around for a while, and see if it's acceptable to your current values...or possibly can change them up and make it work...unlike what the latest Hollywood breakup is. Ummm, who gives a crap about that? Hey, those who know, know. Knowledge is power, but only when you put it to use.
In any event, I consider myself better then many (because I can actually think for myself, yet never underestimate the power of human stupidity), but humble about it. If I don't have an answer, I think and go try to find it. I believe in doing things right for the most part. I'm about as even-keeled as you'll ever meet...not much really fazes me. I'm almost too laid-back in a way. I don't rely on others to ensure my well-being; they help when it's needed and can be nice, but can't be the end-all be-all. If you can't trust and have confidence in yourself, then you're done...roam around just like the other lemmings with no purpose in life. And this is only the tip of the iceberg....and what came to mind quickly.
