Heavycore began in 1999 by founder Pete Altieri in Bloomington Illinois. It began with a handful of heavy bands in Central Illinois and soon grew to epic proportions the world over. Heavycore helps metal bands with many things like gig exchanges, reviews/interviews on the website and much more.Heavycore is a great organization for real metal bands.
