Sounds Like: this is one of those "you choose the ending to the book" type things:a) It is the apocalypse. Volcanos, tornados, hurricanes, earthquakes. Death, destruction, tears, blood, heart attacks. A church sermon is being held in the town square to bless each sinner before they pass on, and meet their maker. The sky burns a firey red. Suddenly, a huge black looming cloud covers the worshippers. There is a massive explosion within this cloud of hell and Slayer appears, fuckin' rocking Reign in Blood. The masses collapse one by one in shock. Giant apocalypse rats eat their heads off. Tom Araya lifts his AXE OF TREMENDOUS BASS FREQUENCIES toward the sky as the headstock explodes in flames. The world is ours. THE WORLD BELONGS TO ROCK N ROLL!!!!!b) It is the apocalypse. Volcanos, tornados, hurricanes, earthquakes. Death, destruction, tears, blood, plagues. In a desperate attempt to escape the oceans of fire and landslides of lava, people crowd to the top of Mount Everest (don't ask how this works), crushing one another with the intense weight of 6 Billion people!! Suddenly a beam of light is seen in the sky. A UFO? A Savior? A Meteor that will finally bring everything to a quick and painful end? NO! NO! NO! NO! The sound of Feedback fills the air as everyone covers their ears. What they see next is unlike anything anyone could imagine. A GIANT ROCK N ROLL GUITAR SPACESHIP COLONY descends from the sky. It is a SAVIOR! A FUCKING ROCK N ROLL SAVIOR! Who would have thought that what they saw on the cover of their Boston LP in 1976 was to be what would save them from total destruction in 2010?!c) The "Bogus Track" on The Wynona Riders' J.D. Salinger LP begins playing.* If it makes it easier for you to understand, just replace "Slayer" and "Boston" with "Social Classics"
