About Me

On Jan. 15th, 2006 25 members of the Las Vegas Community, mostly youth, met at UNLV to start a discussion about ending the oppression that we face in our society on a daily basis. We are a collective of individuals who are seeking to gain a common understanding of each other and the world we live in. We are growing and evolving. We meet every Sunday at UNLV in the MSU on the first floor meetings start at 6pm.

My Interests

Points of Unity: We demand an end to all forms of oppression. We demand an immediate troop withdrawal from Iraq. We demand reparations for the Iraqi people. We demand ROTC off our campus because they discriminate with their “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy. We demand an end to military and nuclear research on campus. We demand decision-making power in what type of research our school does on campus. We demand free education and unlimited access to available resources. We demand the total abolition of nuclear weapons and energy.

I'd like to meet:

Those who wish to end oppression.

Heroes:

People who stand for what they believe in.
