About Me

Sean --
[noun]:
An immortal
'How will you be defined in the dictionary?' at QuizGalaxy.com
Here's my feeble attempt to sum myself up in a brief statement. I am a musician. I am really into music, music is my life. I play several instruments, but the guitar is my main instrument. I write all kinds of songs. I have my BA in History and Political Science. I am hoping to teach (history or world religions) on the college level. I currently work with first thru third grade students, but I also plan to get my PhD (eventually) and teach on the college level as well. I also apparently type a lot more than I talk in person, judging from all of the junk I have written on this page so far. I like funny stuff. I love animals. Sometimes, animals do funny things, which is just icing on the cake. I also like cake...and pie...and ice cream. I like stuff with sugar in it. I curse too much. Do you see the first person...ummm...gorilla on my friends list? That is my younger brother. His name is Patrick. He curses too much as well. When people meet me, they say I am too quiet. My friends say I am too quiet, or that I talk too much, depending on what I am doing at the time. I love the smell of old books. Some say that makes me strange, others say that makes me weird. I say I just love old book stores. I go to way too many concerts. I am hard of hearing because of this...I think. Maybe I am just getting old. I feel kinda awkward talking about myself, which is probably why I am rambling on with such nonsense right now. I like to sleep. I enjoy learning. I feel everyone has something to offer. When I was a child, I wanted to be a car when I grew up. Dare to dream, even if the dream is stupid and totally unattainable. I met Mr. Rogers. He was like the coolest person ever. I also met the car from Knight Rider...not Hasselhoff, just the car. I had a crush on Wilma Flintstone when I was a kid. I was afraid of the flying monkeys on the Wizard of Oz when I was a kid. I admire Mr. T for all the wonderful quotes he has given the world. I am finished writing for now. So get off the damn computer and go outside or read a book, or just catch up on some sleep.

I'd like to meet:

Friends, that's all, just friends. I am not here to 'hook up' with anyone, just for networking purposes and to keep up with friends, old and new. I am not opposed to meeting new people, but I can be rather shy, at least at first, it takes me a little time to warm up to people I guess, but I promise I am not a mean person. I do like people who recognize the true brilliance of this man.

Logan Whitehurst (1977-2006) You will be missed.
