:::::::IBT NEWS::::::::
We're playing at a brand new monthly night called Night People. Actually, we're hosting our own room at Night People!
For a longtime London has lacked a place to go out and dance in Central London on a Friday night, anyone who works in Soho will know it's always annoying when 11pm strikes. This is no longer a problem on the 3rd Friday of the month.
Setup by the brilliant organisers of Leyline, Mish Mash and Comeshakethewhole, Night People will be going down at a new venue 229. 229 is on Great Portland Street and (in a bizarre twist of fate) at number 229, which is basically at the very top, opposite the Tube station.
Spread across 3 rooms, there's live performances from Spektrum, Hiem, Paris Trading and George Demure in one room and Oscar Fullone, Rob Mello and Stan Fontan in another. We know.. pretty sweet. We'll be joined by our good friend and alround impossible-to-find-a-flaw-in-the-man: the Reverand Milo Speedwagon. We had him as our guest for us in the main room at 93 Feet East for NYE 04/05 and if it's half as good as that night, it'll be special.
We've struck a deal for an It's Bigger Than £6 concessions list all night, so please not only send your names but please feel free to invite as many people as possible. We don't want anyone you know to pay more than £6.
We hope you can join us, it just wouldn't be the same without you.
Love for everyone! IBT x

Sounds Like: "An amazing night - restored my faith in London clubnights!" Tom Middleton
"Hooray for It's Bigger Than! Every time I play there I have a ball: It is a beautiful thing made of love and joy. Everyone from the punters through the venue staff to the people who organise the night seem to be having the time of their lives and their enthusiasm is very infectious. Long may it prosper!" Fred Deakin
Its Bigger Than (1st Saturday of the month - hosting a room in Mish Mash @ Cargo - from July 7th)

IBT aims to replicate the best house party in the history of house partying. No mean feat but we seem to be doing something right as theres always smiles on faces and hands in the air. Music policy: The boundries are essentially open, but over the years the style has changed slightly and it's now more club driven with big tunes and up front sounds.. It can and does reguarly 'go off' but don't be surprised to hear rare soul or twisting rock'n'roll too, we play and love music of all genre's and decades!

Past special guests include:

The jedi-master himself: Tom Middleton, Rob Mello (Classic/Disco 45), Chris Duckenfield (Swag/Tonic), Kalabrese (Perlon), Rev. Milo Speedwagon (Kiss, Mish Mash), Fortsche (Watergate), DJ Woody (scratch champion of the world!), Fred Deakin (Lemon Jelly, Impotent Fury), Leo Greenslade (YoYo), Matthew Styles (Crosstown Rebels), Midfield General (Skint), Greg Sonata (Foreign Muck), T.R.A.M.P.
