Born in the 70's in Paris,Bruno Banner grew up listening to funk, disco, hip hop, electro and what was going to become "house music". With his high school friend Fudge,
Bruno starts spinning and sampling at a very young age and soon the duo
becomes the Trouble Men.
Their first EP "Do it" is released during
the explosion of the "French Touch" and the Trouble Men's career takes
off. Throughout the years, the duo of producers released many successful
house tracks such as Party Rockin' , In the air (featuring Colonel
Abrams), Wildpitch, Underground, Take control.. on the label KIF records
while remixing artists like Kojak, Superfunk, Lego or Demon...
More
recently, they have released their full-length artist album, a fifteen
tracks mixed album "Trouble Men on CD", which reflects their taste for
electro, afro-latin, deep house or US garage.
They also have united
their talents with four musicians with Savannah house band a six-piece
live band (guitar, bass, sax/flute, percussions, keyboards and
turntables).
As a DJ, Bruno played all over the world for almost ten
years and has collaborated with artists from countries such as South
Africa, USA, UK.. Behind the decks, he likes to show a wide panel of
dance music, from disco classics to the latest beats, all dedicated to
the dance-floor.
Always willing to keep ahead of the game, Bruno is
developing new solo projects, focusing on a more electronic sound, still
strongly influenced by US dance music.
