Books, reading, internet, amateur photography with my shitty camera, free speech, open source software, ayurveda, tantra, design, photo manipulation, desktop publishing, election reform, music making, gardening, strawberry/raspberry cultivation, music, reviewing/listening/sharing music with others.
I'd like to meet:
New friends in the cRotch-ester, MN area with similar interests in music, art, chaos and alchemy.
Ani DiFranco, Ben Folds, Joss Whedon, Michael Franti, Mumia Abu Jamal, Stuart Davis, Nathan Fillion, Michael Stipe, Shock G. But not in an autograph line or a press junket. Maybe over tea in an Amsterdam cafe...
Hunter S. Thompson, Robert Anton Wilson, Timothy Leary (hey, you didn't say anything about them being alive on this plane...)
Wiccans, witches, geeks, gamers, hardware hackers, book readers, graphic designers, and music lovers.
My father wayback before epilepsy made lukewarm porridge of his brainmeats.
Yo mama, but just long enough to take some pics to embarass you with. :P

Underdog, Mighty Mouse, Tom n Jerry, Top Cat and Felix the Cat. I hated Jem and the Holograms and Small Wonder, but I let my little brother watch them anyway after he was old enough to hit back.
Books:
I really like Jonathan Lethem, Piers Anthony, Stephen King, Spider Robinson and Laurell K. Hamilton. I pay pretty close attention to them. I read John Grisham sometimes. Dan Savage's columns are usually laugh-out-loud funny, occasionally educational, and always entertaining. Peter David writes for comics mostly, but his novels are okay too. Cory Doctorow gets me excited about sci-fi/fantasy again!
