I'm a down to earth guy that is very straight up and doesn't play games. The most recent challenge I've taken on is going back to school. I'm a Cisco Network Academy Student. My goals are to become CCNA and CCDA certified. After those I would like to continue training and earn the CCNP, CCDP, and CCVP certifications. On top of those I would like to add the A+ and N+ certifications which are vendor neutral and well recognized throughout the Computer Networking and Telecom field. I had a lot of success with the first course I took and am very excited about the next one. My luck with anything hasn't been this good in a long time. It is a lot of work and time that I have to dedicate to it, but I am confident if I keep working hard at it I will be successful and pass the tests to become certified.
I like to do a wide variety of things, the list is endless. I love traveling and exploring new places. I range from a Rustic Campground to a 3 star motel when I travel (more stars if I get a rate I can afford) I can go from working under the hood of a car (kinda funny people say under the hood when half the time I'm fixing something I'm under the actual car) to a kitchen and throw something together (I can make quite a few things well). My vehicles are marked with my DNA I've gottan sliced many times working on them. Yes I'm some what idiot proof I know my way around most house hold things with out screwing them up like most guys do.
Seeing concerts. To see a concert I wanted to see sometimes I would jorney to an area within a reasonable drive when it was more conveinant to see a show. The best venue I think I have been to is Lupos Heart Break Hotel in Providence, RI. Some others I like are the The Chance in Poughkeepsie, NY Northern Lights in Clifton Park, NY Starland Ballroom Sayerville, NJ Roseland in New York City and The Hammerstein Ballroom in NYC. Some arenas I like are Madison Square Garden in New York City, The Centrum Worcester, MA Continental Airlines Arena East Rutherford, NJ and Utica Memorial Auditorium Utica, NY. The worst place I've ever seen a concert is Nassau Colesium that sound system there is awful you can't hear any of the acoustics on there system. Most of all a nice summer night you can't be seeing a show at Jones Beach what a unique and awsome venue.
Now that I went of on a Tangent back to me. I love dining out, I know a few nices places near some beaches that are really good. Some of the beaches are small where you can go for a nice peaceful walk on a nice night, (almost got locked in one one night funny story to tell when talking to someone) I also like just relaxing at the beach or being in the ocean on a boogie board (That was more fun when I weighed less). I don't know the clubs very well cause I'm not a big dancer but I love going into NYC for many different things. Driving in there doesn't bother me too much. Depending what I'm doing some nights just rather hop in my vehicle instead of waiting for a train.
Nothing can beat seeing a game at Yankee Stadium. Whether there winning or losing (of course we always want a win). They should be something to watch this up coming season, aquiring Damon from Boston. YANKEES RULE!! Besides Baseball, I do like Hockey not as much as I used to since the strike kinda hard to get back into it. I like the Rangers. !!!LETS GO RANGERS!!! A game at MSG is something else. Pretty good when you use public transportation you go up some stairs and your in the arena. I even ventured over to Jersey to a Devils vs. Rangers game. There arena was pretty good, there tickets were cheap, but they don't like the fans of the rival (of course I'm whereing my big Rangers Starter Jacket that night) I've also gone to a Ranger vs. Islander game at the Islanders home rink, that night I was sitting with almost a whole section of Ranger fans so it was pretty cool. If you ask me the road team had more fans than the home team. My best memory was the Stanley Cup playoffs when the Rangers one the cup in 94. I was a Freshman in High School then. I do like the Giants when it comes to football. Knicks when it comes to basketball to boring to watch that Sport after awhile. I think that covers all of New Yorks major Sports teams.
To sum all this up I like being out a lot more than just staying home. Some nights I can stay in relax for the most part I like being out doing things and going places. Many more pics I'd like to post but I see there is a limit. Oh well, if I find away to add more under a blog or bulletem or something they will be there.
