About Me

Drawn like a moth to flame, the magnetism of music continues to pull me in like a whirlwind. Music has been my chosen escape since early childhood since I first spun vinyl of Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, & Black Sabbath. From then I absorbed everything from Heavy Metal, Reggae, Bluegrass, Funk and World music. From Bob Marley to Modest Mouse. Bob Dylan to The Red Hot Chili Peppers. Then much Latin Music such as Chico Cesar and Manu Chao. I sing northern traditional American Indian (Lakota) social and ceremonial songs as well. Rhymthic and raw, between opposing extremes is where I find the source from which my writing springs.

Sounds Like: That is strickly up to the listener to define. Have been told many things that are as diverse as the people which have responded to the music. Though I have heard, "Innovative yet familiar. Raw and emotional. Rhythmic Blues Rock Reggae."
