Disguise were born in Barletta (BA), Italy.
JULY 1999
Aiwass joined the band and completed the line-up.
FEBRUARY 2001
DISGUISE realized their first MCD: "IMPETUS MALI/MORS FIDEI". The MCD contains 5 new songs plus one (A dreary night of November) extracted from an old promo, for the total time of 32 min.
NOVEMBER 2001
DISGUISE won the "Total Rock Contest ", nation-wide competition organized by MetalHammer.
DECEMBER 2002
In December 2002 DISGUISE entered in Half Moon Studios, in Bari, for recording "Human Primordial Instinct", their first self-produced album. Lyrics of this album denote the present state of man, obliged by morals and false ethics to lose his real "humanity". But there is an alternative instead the wrong passivity of human action. The cd received very good reviews on magazines, webzines and fanzines in the whole world. “Human Primordial Instinct” has been supported and distributed by: Masterpiece Distribution..Italy, Hardebaran-TFM..Benelux, Twilight Vertrieb..Germany, Prosonic..UK, NSM..Austria, Adipocere..France and it has been icluded in NUCLEAR BLAST catalogue.
AUGUST 2004
The band played at Agglutination Metal Festival X (Marduk, Iron Saviour).
APRIL 2005
Song “Scared of leaving deceit” has been published on Rock Hard Italy compilation.
AUGUST 2005
Disguise entered in ALPHA-OMEGA studios (Mortuary Drape, Ancient, Cataract…) with Alex Azzali for recording their new full length. The title for new work is “LATE”, composed by 8 songs for the total time of 46 min.
AUGUST 2006
The band played at Metal Camp’06 in Tolmin (Slo), sharing the stage with Dimmu Borgir, Opeth, Testament and many other big bands.
MARCH 2007
Disguise signed a management deal with Hardebaran Live and Promotion and “LATE” is released in Italy (Andromeda Records) and Benelux (Bertus) by Black Havoc production.
During years Disguise supported most famous bands like Marduk, Dimmu Borgir, Testament, Opeth, Vader, Aborym, Horrid, Natron, Novembre, Sadist, Undertaker, White Skull and constantly have a live activity all around Italy and also in Europe.
