TRAITOR

TRAITOR are Chris Montagna, Andrea Litti, Antonio Donadeo and Luigi Coppola. We were born in February 2003 in Lecce (south Italy) from an idea of Chris (also singer in Cast Thy Eyes), Antonio (current live drummer for Vital Remains, Necrotorture, Stillness Blade and Exhumer) and Andrea (also guitarist in the post-hc band Shank and former member of the grindcore band D.I.A.) with the idea of playing some fast and brutal grindcore with a groovy edge.

During these years we have released:

1) a very poorly produced 6 tracks demo in Oct. 2003, originally intended as a promo for labels but soon forgotten and refused! (line-up: Chris, Antonio, Andrea and L.Spira on bass and Carlo Cazzato on guitar)

2) a 4 tracks demo recorded in only three days in March 2005, entitled "The World Is A Killing Field" (line-up: Chris, Antonio, Andrea and L.Spira)

3) a split CD with the awesome French band Decoherence, featuring the same tracks of the "Killing Field" demo re-recorded in July 2005. This was the first release from Nekromantik Records, a label run by Necrotorture's vocalist Alex. (line-up: Chris, Antonio and Andrea - both guitars and bass duties)
