The current Deadspeak...
Deadspeak hails from the wasteland that is Cheyenne, Wyoming. (yeah Wyoming) Population 50,000ish. However our hometown spreads throughout Colorado as bassist Cassie and drummer Andon reside there. We have 2 releases under our belt including 2003's My Blood Is The Seed Of The Beast and 2004's The Adversary E.P. both recorded at Flatline Audio (Cephalic Carnage, Throcult, The Mandrake, Summon) Before the split with our last drummer Brian we recorded a full length titled Endiablee. That album will probably not see the light of day however we will most likely end up rerecording the tracks that were previously unrecorded.
We play live frequently and have had the opportunity to share the stage with the following bands.
Necrophagist, Decapitated, Nunslaughter, Vital Remains, Darkest Hour, The Black Dahlia Murder, Cattle Decapitation, Misery Index, Six Feet Under, Nuclear Assault, Thine Eyes Bleed, Mortician, Fear Factory, Goatwhore, DRI, The Red Chord, MOD, Hoods, Vehemence,Superjoint Ritual, Between The Buried And Me, The Faceless, DevilDriver, Ion Dissonance, Jucifer, High On Fire, Anthrax, Mostrosity, Skinless, Immolation, Vader, Cephalic Carnage, Converge, Dillinger Escape Plan, Dying Fetus, Catastrophic, Burial as well as a few others. We have also done a few small tours that include 4 Metalfest appearances and a lot of distance covered.
We have found a new drummer. Andon Guenther. It was a long wait but worth it. Plans to record again will be made once we feel its the right timing. Until then we will be playing out and working on some new songs.
