New Album Out Now!

About Me

Elle Moss, an indie-pop-rock band, is making a name for themselves in the Central Coast. Their dreamy, dark yet cheery, quirky lyrics and melodies provide a very unique mood setting atmosphere. The two songwriters in the band draw their influences from classic rock bands like The Beatles to modern daydream pop bands like Eisley and Of Montreal.

The San Luis Obispo quartet started out January of 2006 after lead singer/keyboard player Cynthia Elmore tried out for drummer Paul Frankel's other band, Mirrorwar. Paul decided that Cynthia should start her own band, with his help. They enlisted close friends, Jon Wilson and Nolan Perry, and have been playing shows ever since. They started opening for other local bands at small venues, like coffee shops and bars. Now, a year later, they headline shows all over California. Elle Moss ventured up and down the coast for their first tour, an 11 day, 10 show tour, which was a huge success.
Now Elle Moss is in the process of recording their first full-length album, which they will produce themselves on their own small-town record label, Real Love Records. It will be the 5th release for the label, and it is highly anticipated amongst their fans, who have been listening to their almost year old 5 song demo which was recorded during their first few months as a band. Aside from that, they continue to play local shows, bringing people of all ages to their shows.
Elle Moss-Joshua (EP): 1.) Praise Song
2.) Lovely Kids At Play
3.) Joshua
4.) Tree Song
5.) Painter
