You Don't Have to F**k People Over to Survive

About Me

Proud to hail from Brooklyn when the weak still got killed and eaten. Started writing at eight (have the marble notebooks to prove it) when I didn't have many friends and had to find a way to get through recess on my own. A few years later I began sketching violent scenes as a private retaliation to being picked on. Shudder to think what would've happened to me if I was in HS post-Columbine. "Discovered" Washington Square Park when I was fourteen like generations of others, then later further east. Junkie at sixteen, rehab a eighteen. At nineteen I was a pro-domme, which is where the concept of my first novel Sex, Blood and Rock'n'Roll germinated. After uni, I lived in London for too-short a time, and miss it terribly. Recently transplanted to "sunny" (haha) Portland with my husband, three cats and five rats; spend my time writing my next book, drinking at dive bars, and looking up at the huge fuck-off Redwoods. If you like the excerpt, pick up a copy of my novel

PLEASE NOTE: I get a lot of emails a day, which I am not trying to discourage at all; but it takes time to write everyone. Unless it is insanely idiotic, I WILL get back to you, please be patient. However, I can't respond to comments, and don't usually post any. If I did, I'd never get any work done. I really do appreciate them. But if you'd like to contact me, message me.
YES: I do (obviously) sometimes model, if the project/POV appeals. However, I must be able to use shots resulting for my own promotion. I'm more concerned with the project being interesting than getting paid to pose...

My Interests

Writing (duh), reading, London, history, anti-gentrification, my three special needs cats (all tuxes), my two ratties, violent sex, art at the Saatchi Gallery (if I can ever be there when its actually fucking open!), yoga, volunteerism (yes, you read right), serial killers and their pathos, what makes a "normal" person go off the edge and kill, coffee, Bondage Fairies, kissing beautiful women, the Wicked Queen, Danzka Vodka, courtesans, veganism, being a news junkie, latin, Brooklyn, philosophy, saying "it seemed like a good idea at the time", hanging out with the core group I came up with, saving the world before bedtime.
