DRESSED TO KILL

Dress shabbily and they remember the dress; dress impeccably & they remember the woman

About Me

her confidence is tragic & her intuition's magic
I have high standards for the people I allow into my life and I don't apologize for it or think it's unfair to expect so much out of people, because I hold myself to even higher standards. I also hold people accountable for what they say they're going to do. I don't believe in trusting people, but if you aren't a person of your word, then you're dead to me :).
I'm ambitious and respect others who are the same. My education is very important to me. I LOVE to party, BUT there is a TIME & PLACE for everything. I'm very passionate about my interests. I wouldn't call myself shy, but I can be quiet. I don't mess around with small talk and meaningless "how's the weather" bullshit. If you want to talk to me: then let's talk, but I'm not the type of person who needs to talktalktalk just to hear my own voice or make an awkward silence less uncomfortable...that takes two people! I can also be loud and dominating. I don't always feel the need to speak up, but if and when I do: WATCH OUT, 'cause I can debate with the best of 'em :P. I have strong opinions and don't like to mess around with people who tend to be argumentative when they don't have a clue what they're talking about.
With that said, I like to think I'm overall just a good person. I pick up on people's emotions very easily, so I've been told I give good advice and really understand both sides of a story. I love to laugh and make people laugh. I'm very loyal and I do what I say. I tend to get what I want until I either a.) don't want it anymore or b.) find something else to take its place. I'm a bit of an idealist, so sometimes my plans may seem a little far-fetched, but I like to think of it as being realistic in a semi-unrealistic way. I take the so-called impossible and manipulate it into something feasible.
I think I'm pretty well rounded. I don't think I fit in at super "shady" places, but I like both casual or fancy atmospheres. Let's put it in alcohol terms :)....I can drink Miller Lite with the best of them, but also appreciate a fine bottle of red wine. I just won't put myself in a position to feel unsafe. I love to have fun, but I look out for myself. I don't let others influence me at all. I know what's best for me.
So Take Me Baby, Or Leave Me
Maybe I'll tell you all about it
When I'm in the mood to
Lose my way with words.

I always knew I was in L-O-V-E:

FASHION PASSES, STYLE REMAINS
A lady should be two things: Classy & Fabulous

You Are New York
Cosmopolitan and sophisticated, you enjoy the newest in food, art, and culture.
You also appreciate a good amount of grit - and very little shocks you.
You're competitive, driven, and very likely to succeed.

Famous people from New York: Sarah Michelle Gellar, Tupac Shakur, Woody Allen What American City Are You?

fashion, over-analyzing, dogs, iMacs, iPods, TRAVELING, Boston, California, Montreal, New York City, the east coast in general, RED SOX, the NHL, good conversation, learning new things about people, meeting new people, clicking well with someone effortlessly, advertising & pr, art, cooking, decorating, Democrats, alcohol, Men (no time for boys!!), writing, working out, having a good time, walking, laughing 'til I can't breathe, being a good listener, trying new things, wearing ridiculously tall shoes, obsessing, big sunglasses, iced skim lattes, ethnic food (sushi, thai, indian..), concerts, plays, going out, reading, talking to my mom :), getting lots of attention (but not having to ask for it!! then it doesnt count!), etc.

I'd like to meet:

Stacy London & Clinton Kelly.

Fashion is not simply a matter of clothes. Fashion is in the air, born upon the wind. One intuits it. It is in the sky and on the road
