About Me

Mark Meisinger, Attorney at Law. D.W.I.s, Drug Charges, Probation Violations, Criminal Defense, Juvenile Law, Traffic Tickets. Once I was done being a juvenile deliquent, I began studying criminal justice at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. After a semester I transferred to the University of Nebraska at Kearney and later joined the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. I worked with all kinds of different government agencies while in college. Juvenile group homes, probation, parole, teen court, drug court, and other treatment facilities. When I graduated from college my old juvenile judge wrote a letter of recomendation for me that helped me get in to Creighton Law School in Omaha, Nebraska. While in law school I wrote a mentoring program for the Office of Juvenile Services with a federal grant given to me through the Public Interest Law Forum. My third year of law school I interned for the U.S. Attorney's Office, District Of Nebraska and prosecuted several federal cases. After graduating from law school I moved to Dallas, Texas. I started working with Gioffredi and Associates. I passed the Texas Bar Examination and became licensed on 05/05/05. Currently, I practice criminal defense and juvenile law but may be interested in some personal injury litigation. We are located at Gioffredi and Associates, 4131 N. Central Expressway, Suite 680 Dallas, TX 75204. www.dallaslegalgroup.com. ATTITUDE: "The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than success, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It will make or break a company...a church...a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past...we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one thing we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it. And so it is with you...we are in charge of our attitudes."Charles Swindoll
