My dichotomous, artistic nature formed early at age six, drawing cartoons underneath tables in my Granny’s kitchen. I formed a clientèle by distributing my own poetry and hand-made drawings, as well as my paintings. While building my reputation as an artist through travailing and small community networking, writing and recording my work on the Internet for nearly 6 years , I set aside art professionally in order to concentrate more privately on my graphic arts computer skills. I have since become a prolific and dedicated visual artist. Now residing in the Louisiana, MO area, I have come to express myself wholly in my art after surviving abuse, neglect, and poverty. I use my experience as the fuel for subject matter, transforming a broken past into a positive and hopeful present and future.
Here I am giving you all the elements to help you make the connection with my art. Take your phone off the hook, get a cup of tea, and take your time. Should you feel some of my joy, sadness or presence , then I have accomplished the goal of being an effective artist.
Thank you for visiting.
