Johnny Murder and the 25 to Life

HELL YEAH-FUCK YEAH!

About Me

Johnny Murder and the 25 to Life is a Psychobilly Trio straight from Chicago's Southside. In mid 2004 Phil and Trojan decided to throw something together, not exactly knowing just which way it was heading, but figuring it out along the way. It would under go a few line up changes and take much hard work to get to be where it's at today. Enthralled by early Psychobilly music the band tries to keep that sound alive today but adding our own aggressive touch. Each member has many different influences and this is expressed in our music, incorporating Jazz, early Country, and Surf into Psychobilly. Lyric content is explicit depicting everything from deranged stalkers to post apocalyptic underground dwellers. Johnny Murder and the 25 to Life is made for you to feel your darkest emotions, quiver in fear, wreck to, dance to, hobble, or whatever ever you damn well please...
