Vertigo! was started in September of 2006 by Mickey (of the Massacres, formerly of Rigor Phallus) and Kevin (formerly of the Massacres). Mickey was looking to have a different outlet for his lyrics and wanted a chance to play bass again. So he decided over a "few" beers to start Vertigo! with drummer Kevin.
Jack and Mickey have been working together for years in various projects and touring acts, and with the addition of former bandmate Machetti, who both Kevin and Mickey have worked with in projects including the Massacres, Rigor Phallus, and The Brownstar Bros, Vertigo is now complete.Vertigo! is a blend of the psychobilly and 80's new wave and deathrock/goth bands they love.
