One record, six songs, fifteen minutes… can it make a difference? Yes it can and a huge one, if you were called Inside Out. Of course there is much more to this band than their EP, but for me it’s hard to think of any other band that would record only 6 songs and have left such a mark. I wasn’t involved in the scene when these South Californian guys were writing their hugely inspiring songs, but they managed to attract me with their powerful “No Spiritual Surrender†record released in 1990. This profile is my tribute to them. I’m not a band member, I don’t even know the band personally, but wanted to share the story of Inside Out with everyone.
