Welsher is a freestyle jazzified, aggressive, progressive punk band with a twist of lemon. WELSHER spawned from a bro-ho I.E. suburb of Los Angeles called Rancho Cucamonga, where the guys like to raise their trucks and the girls are dumb enough to like it. We've been going since 1997 and haven't stopped yet... We started this band when we were teenagers and are now in our twenties. From '99 to '07 Welsher existed as a four piece band. We feel very fortunate that we've been able to make music with a handful of inspiring musicians, that we've played some memorable gigs with some very influential bands, and that we've met so many super cool people along the way. We're also looking forward to making some new music and some new friends... We can't wait to see or hear from those we've known since day one, as well as those we hope to get to know one day. Thanks a ton to all who have supported us throughout the years... it's been a blast so far!
NEWS: We are currently in the process of compiling music and artwork for our first full length album, which we're hoping to release this summer. This record will contain all of our new and unreleased material from 1999 to the present, clocking up at more than 60 minutes.
