Big Blue is a collective of audio production professionals from a wide
variety of backgrounds and interests.,
16 years ago we were a 1 man shop, and the 'New guys' in a VERY different world of studio affairs.
Now we're a collection of about a dozen and a half morons too stubborn to get a 'real job'.
We're also as good as yer gonna get at what we do.
And we do it on an assortment of equipment that is second to none.
You ARE NOT going to match our efforts on yer buddys PRO-FOOLS rig.
Not now. Not EVER.
NEVER.
We only HAVE one real way of acquiring work.
Making records that don't sound like cock and balls, and having the bands
LOVE the experience.
And we've made MORE records than ANYBODY on the East Coast of this nation,
Like.... 700... Or some stupid amount like that....
Anyhoo. Tons.
And some them sound pretty damn good.
And some of them sold a lotta copies.
And some of them were so much fun too make that we don't care if they didn't sell too many copies.
'Cause it's about MAKING records around here.
And if we wanted to get rich, we would have gone to Princeton or some shit like that.
Well OK. We woulda went to Bergen Tech... but... my point is....
We woulda done SOMETHING OTHER than get in this fiscally thankless business.
Which brings us to my last point here....
WE AIN'T TOO FUCKING EXPENSIVE.

As I sit here in my clothes from 1988, I'm living proof that we DON'T COST TOO FUCKING MUCH.
