The band first came together in a pub in leeds sometime late 05, after responding to emails sent from Em. After the initial meeting we all set up a practice. The main focus of the band was to learn and repeat an album that the very talented Miss Emelyn Belle had written, so this is how the band started off after a couple of months in a rehearsal room 4 or 5 of the 12 song album had been sorted. We then played our first gig in December. After this gig the band lost momentum something was missing, the process of learning songs had almost come to a complete hault, the whole band were having worries about the experience of the bass player who had kindly given up guitar to fill in on bass. So an entirely new song was written not from the album, but merely in a random jam session. This song is known as void. From then on we realised we had a completely different sound when we all wrote together, stronger and orginal, soon after the bass player and ourselves parted ways and he was replaced by the great Nick! This was a change the band had hoped for. Nick again brought a different sound to the band. Now with 9 songs (and counting)and only 2 from our original set list, the band is very cohesive, full of new ideas and a great passion for gigging!!!
