METAL- OPETH has to one of my all time favorite bands, Fear Factory, Mercyful Fate, King Diamond, Trivium, Killswitch Engage, Machine Head, Nile, Kreator, Morbid Angel, Cannibal Corpse, Sepultura, Annihilator, Testament, Nevermore, Slayer, Napalm Death, Suffocation, Cryptopsy, Pantera, Immolation, Exodus, Vio-lence, Slayer, Death, Kreator, Carcass, Soilwork,and Sanctuary. I am sure there are TONS of metal bands I did not list but this gives you a general idea. I like Evanescense, Loreena McKennit, and Enya- other music like that. YES I also like bands like, My Chemical Romance, Vendetta Red, Bullet for my Valentine and Green Day AND AM NOT AT ALL ashamed... fuck any metal head that wants to talk shit in my direction. : ) I like what I like. I appreciate GOOD music and talents of all kinds.
ALL OF THE DEADS!! Night, Return, Dawn and Land!! New and Old alike. George A. Romero is amazing. Gore, gore and more gore. I loved SHAUN OF THE DEAD! Who doesn't like a good scare? I love Dracula(Bela Lugosi)and Frankenstein (Mary Shelley) I prefer older movies. I love Underworld ( vampires and werewolves) are always good. Texas Chainsaw Masacre, Hellraiser, Haloween, Nightmare On Elmstreet, and Friday The 13th. I loved Amityville Horror, the new one was great, The Exorcism of Emily Rose and The Hills have Eyes were all fucking great.
Comedy is also something I enjoy. I love stand-up comedians like Carlos Mencia and Dane Cook. I like humor Monty Python style. I love the movie Waiting, The Big Lebowski, Old School, Clerks 1 & 2, Harold and Kumar go to White Castle. Also.. Momento, Saw 1 & 2, Final Destination 1& 2, The Crow, The Boondock Saints, Suicide Kings, Sin City, American History X. Braveheart, Dragon Heart, King Arthur, Gladiator, First Knight, Three Musketeers, Lady Hawk, Highlander, The Last Samurai, Lord of Rings. I like comics and comic based movies ... Batman, X-men, Spiderman, Hellboy, Superman, Electra, Daredevil, and Fantastic Four- anything that was a comic and turned movie.
I do not watch much Television. The only things I can think of off hand that I like are Bill Maher, John Stewart and the news- that's it.
I will read just about anything and like it. EXCLUDING ROMANCE NOVELS. I like a lot of poetry. I enjoy Frost and Allen Ginsberg
My kid, Jesus, my boyfriend- he is the most wonderful and admirable man. Wonderwoman! Jean Grey! Electra! I don't know! There are very few people that I look up to.
