About Me

I write sci-fi romance, historical westerns and fantasy. I just love getting wrapped in the world of make-believe where the romance is strong and there's always a HEA ending. I'm very excited to announce that the sequel to Celestial Dragon, A Noble Sacrifice is a 2008 EPPIE winner

Check out my book list:

My Interests

Besides writing and reading, I love art. Yep, I'm also an artist. Visit my website and view my artwork. I also sew when I can find the time. On pretty days when the wind is right, I go sailing with my husband and children.

I'd like to meet:

I would love to meet other writers and readers. I'd love to hang out with fellow artists.

Music:

I love all sorts of music, from classic country to heavy metal. Some of my faves are Godsmack, Peter,Paul and Mary, Evenesence, Queensryche, Cat Stevens, Blackmore's Night, Simon and Garfunkle, Reckless Kelly, Irish Rovers, Jimmy Buffett, The Mavericks, and too many others to list.

Movies:

I love action movies, but I also love romance, so some of my faves include A Knight's Tale, Dirty Dancing, Willow, Kingdom of Heaven, Gladiator, T2, True Lies and more, but I think you get the gist.

Television:

I'm hooked on CSI and Law and Order SVU. I also watch reruns of Jag and Stargate. Other than that, I don't watch a whole lot of TV. Heck, that's enough right there.

Books:

Kathleen Woodiwiss got me hooked on romance with her first five books; Shanna, Rose in Winter, The Wolf and the Dove, The Flame and the Flower and Ashes in the Wind. I also enjoy work by Joan Johnston, Cheryl St. John, Susan Carroll, Maggie Osborn, Jude Devereaux and Joanna Lindsay to name a few. I enjoy the work of all the Champagne authors, especially Phyllis Campbell, as well as a few others such as Donica Covey, Jolie Mathis, Ginger Simpson, Vicki Gaia and Sharon Cullen.

Heroes:

My biggest hero is my husband. He's my best friend and the best role model for my children.
