About Me

I've been mixing records since the late 90s where I started mixing Hip Hop in High School. I was influenced by Toronto college radio shows like the Master Plan and the Power Move Show. I've always collected a wide range of music, but first got serious about DJing with Drum &Bass. If I was to try and describe what I play, I suppose I go for the deeper atmospheres and funky drumwork. Anything with soul power.

When the Dubstep virus started spreading worldwide thanks to the Mary Anne Hobbs special Dubstep Wars, I immediately got myself involved into that style. Soon after I was helping to promote events in Toronto and was able to play alongside the likes of Skream, Kode9, and Joe Nice.

I am also involved with the Dubslingers crew to help push the music every week at Thymeless (dread sound.) I've also been fortunate enough to play on some of the Dubstep scene's top internet radio stations SubFM and Streamizm, and as well as D&B on jungletrain.net
