Heroes:
Congratulations Chang Hung who won Best New Broadcaster at The NZ Radio Awards on Saturday night. He gave the best speech in the history of the radio awards, complete with tears and thanks to pretty much everyone except our boss (including DJ Logikal ... who knows in what strange ways his brains works). Also congratulations to Grant Brodie from The Edge who won the prize for for best Station imaging (meaning our stations production is best best in NZ) and Edgefest won best promotion of a radio station so thanks to all involved, especially the bands who make it so great every year. Also ups should go to Tarsha Tolson and the Morning Madhouse won nominations in their catagories.
