For what is it to die but to stand naked in the wind and to melt into the sun?--- Kahlil Gibran

About Me

I live the life I love and love the life I live! I am a work in progress, but let's face it, aren't we all?!? I consider my self a student of Life. The greatest compliment I have ever received is that I was once told that I am " most unapoligeticly myself " and I have recently come to accept the fact that I am responsibly irresponsible. If I had to choose who my neighbors were on either side of me, I would give a fallopian tube to have Lyle Lovett on one side, and Mick Mars on the other with Cameron Crowe across the street, that, would be a little slice of heaven!!! And David Letterman once told me I smell good! I find golf courses to be insincere and organized religions down right arrogant. I love hats and hate bugs. One of my favorite things about renting, or going to the movies, the previews!!!!My two favorite household chores are doing laundry and grocery shopping, I wear a sleep mask to bed,.. why I feel the need to tell this, I haven't the faintest idea. I have no batteries in any of my remotes, and none of the clocks in my house tell the same time. I collect umbrellas printed with familiar works of art, magnets, music and various spectacular folks to broaden my horizons and get into trouble with. Also, I make many lists, love to write with blue ink and drink great champagne! I am a fringe dweller by nature who displays intense enthusiasm for thunder and lightning storms and snow storms that pummel the coast line. I atribute the last bit to being the Mariners Daughter, though my intrigue with weather is rather odd. I also just got my 14th tattoo, they tell the story of my life!!**** I am little, yet, effective****

My Interests

Music is my main passion, the center of my universe, Writing, cooking, reading, eating, dancing. photography, watching great films, gardening, things that smell good, getting mail, entertaining, singing, learning new things, being a super hero, going to concerts, wearing my tiara, conversing with interesting articulate folks, camping, long rides on the back of motorcycles, being an active member of SGHC and hanging with SDAC, "cheese, I just love cheese, really I do" watching vinyl spin, attempting to make progress at the gym, taking care of the people that matter most, trying to make sense of my ridiculous obsession with peanut butter, marathon make out sessions with incredible kissers and road trips are my choice ways of avoiding the prospect of life ever becoming mundane. I prefer to keep an open mind.

I'd like to meet:

Honest, sincere friends who are interesting and driven by a deep and profound love of all types of music. Learning new things from other folks is one of the things that enriches my life. Must be open minded to random evenings of myschief and unplanned silliness, they can conceivably go well into the following day. Make me think, make me laugh.Crackheads and liars need not bother, but Lloyd Dobbler can come get me any time he wants! Know who you are, stay true to yourself. Be passionate about something.****Be able to love, and be loved.**** Oh, and if my hearts desire is found wandering this land in search of me, I would love to meet him, and love him!!!

Give me a show tune or one of the melodious standards, I 'll sing the hell out of it. Put the Carpenters on, I'll put a gun in my mouth, I hate the Carpenters, they drive me up a wall!!! Just come on by and peruse my vast collection, so many various gems to choose from. My favorite classical piece is Claire De Lune by Debussey.
