Things are going very well!! no smokes or patches for several weeks now, and feeling better every day. I am getting some of my natural energy back, along with a desire to get out and do more act...

Finally!!! I have reached the point where I have sneaked ZERO smokes for weeks, and am managing well on a quarter dose. I will go a few more days and then it is time to kick the patch...

Since I can't seem to make it through the day without sneaking a cigarette or two (or ten like the other day, at least they're "ultra-lights"), I am going back to the medium-sized patch. Yeesh.
