About Me

Hey, G here.

I've been playing drums and percussion for the last 32 years. Since moving to Asheville a little over a year ago I have been playing with Matt Cox of Bugs Multiply . Bugs has had a good run with a few tours up to New York, Boston and down to Wilmington and Charleston. Currently Bugs is taking a break to write new material for an upcoming release hopefully sometime late Summer 2008.

Recently I have started a couple of my own projects, Asheville & FüD . Both of these projects are in their development stages but will prove to be some of the greatest music to come out of Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains.

I am also available to session work as well as fill-in's, lessons or other projects. Please contact me for any professional need you may have.

Sounds Like:

My Playing
I like to think that I am the product of all my influences. A bass player once told me that I sounded like Steve Gadd. This was my greatest compliment and all that I've ever wanted.

I am a "pocket man" and a professional at the very least. If you want the job done right with little to no direction needed, I'm your guy.

Bugs Multiply
Sounds like insects being sucked in through the bug filters on my Deluxe Freelance agent five-O vehicle. Blades spin and harmonics merge with the parts that are tossed away. Though I am taking in this sinister beauty that purses candy lips at me from the back seat where she is cuffed to an iron divider - I can't help but wonder if she is the one. The electrical signals attempt override on my logic, but I always remember that the one is always just a one - on either side of more than one. (Or so Matt seemed to say).
