About Me

Read This - Bugs Multiply Bio (pdf file)"The vocal harmonies and guitar hooks alone make Bugs Multiply worth checking out ... With a definite flare for the indie-rock sound, this band has the potential to garner some much-deserved adoration.
Mary Beth Hascall
Playbackstl.com
"Rather than play noisy alternative rock, these guys present surprisingly radio-friendly hard pop that is immediately catchy and uplifting. Mr. Cox (the band's songwriter) comes up with songs that borrow from 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s pop...reinventing them with unusual chord structures and modern recording techniques. (Rating: 4++++)"
babysue.com"Their songs are driving with fiery moments rarely held in check for long. Lavishing in harmony in the vocal and guitar departments, Bugs Multiply have no issue at all with taking the helm of alternative pops next radio-friendly champion."

View Bugs Multiply's EPKIt was no doubt hot, over one hundred, and a black night on top with no moon and no stars. I slept in sweat for several hours then rolled out for a cool drink in the dark. If you cared to look, you could see the spark nets flashing in the distance at the edge of the city killing insects by the thousands. You could stick your head out the window if you wanted to see the reflected glow of the security screens in the lobbies of the buildings down the block. I opened the window and caught some steam from the streets. There was nothing moving. The squares of night time light, embedded in the sidewalks, glowed evenly, casting shadows upwards over the window sills. The sidewalks were like a luminescent checkered game board, winding corners around corners and into alleys. You might think of a huge city sized , a Game of Life game board for the real people that live here, only it’s got stops like junkie town, slide bar, gambling den and murder alley, instead of go to college buy a house and the life. There would be a card that said, ‘You get knocked in a gun raid. You are out of the game permanently’. I was always anxious about picking that card and a little more careful each roll I took.
