About Me

My name is J Chris Newberg and I have been seen on Comedy Central's Premium Blend, Comedy Central's The World Stands Up, Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Sports List on Fox Sports Network and a whole bunch of comedy clubs. I have performed in every state except Alaska and Hawaii. My website is jchrisnewberg.com I toured with Led Zeppelin for 16 years and love jarts. When I am not lying about having toured with 70's hard rock acts, I like to write jokes. You can see some clips of me on comedycentral.com I live in Los Angeles and sometimes Detroit and at other times in really fabulous hotels/motels in whatever city my show is in. Sounds Like: I always say that it sounds like people laughing when I am telling jokes and sometimes it sounds like silence. I think that for the most part it's music mixed with jokes because music just makes dialogue sound better. It gives it texture and backbone.
