Mission statement: Alyssia's Kids helps to provide youths with the education, arts, food and healthcare assistance they deserve and has since grown to worldwide proportions. We strive to establish and secure a better atmosphere that will ensure happy and healthy lives for the youths of today. With the realization that the children are our future, it is our mission to help them set and achieve all of their goals in life. Our ultimate responsibility is to guarantee them a bright today and even brighter tomorrow.

You ask me... "Where did it all begin?" Well, I was just a little b-girl from around the way. At an early age, dance was the way to express myself and escape from crazy situations. I actually began to dance as a toddler; By the time I reached adolescence, the park jams and parties were my stomping grounds. I give great thanks to my parents and my beautiful daughter - for their on-going advice, support and patience; most importantly for never giving up in me and my dreams. It was their love and support that encouraged me to enter several battles and auditions, which eventually lead to opportunities for me star in music videos as well as choreograph in NYC, nationally, and in numerous countries around the globe. With the help and inspiration of Dwayne B. Perryman III (presently, he's the Director/Producer of Monsoon Films, Inc. located in NYC - check him out @ www.monsoonfilmsinc.com) and Marcus Nispel, I even experimented with directing for a moment. This experience enabled me to become a member of the Music Video Production Association New York Chapter. My background and experience is in but not limited to acting, modeling, event planning, fundraising, executive production/host of a TV show "The Playground" (a Hip-Hop sitcom/reality/cartoon series (a couple of pictures are in the gallery) with music by Prince Paul and was of course directed by no other than Dwayne B. Perryman III), public speaking and conducting lectures as an international spokeswoman. I am also responsible for writing the controversial "Pulling the Plug on the Arts" series. I think it's fair to say that I've been there and done it all without "selling out". There is so much more, but not enough room to put it on here. Stay tuned, I am always working on something innovative.
