I am a former member of "CANNED HEAT". (You've heard of "Woodstock", "Goin Up Country", "On The Road Again".) I played the Harmonica, Flute and Saxophone and sang lead vocals in the band. I've been a musician my entire life and have a great track record. When you look at the pictures you will see who I've worked with in the past.
My bio is best explained by Google . It seems to know more about me than I do myself. Just type in "Stanley Behrens" and hit search.
Other musical projects I am currently working on are: N.B.C. TV SHOW "MY NAME IS EARL." I'll be starting the third season playing music on that series.
"The L A Blues Alliance" Album featuring Stanley Behrens, Keb Mo, Sonny Landreth, Mike Finnigan, Bob Glaub, John "JR" Robinson, Amy Keys, Snuffy Walden, and Dave Morgan. This album was produced by the world famous T.V. theme and music composer Mike Post is now in stores everywhere!!!
About me:
I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. I grew up listening to street corner doo wop singers, jazz, blues, and rock and roll. I had always wanted to be a musician ever since I was a little kid. I enjoy touring all around the world seeing new places and different cultures. When I am not on the road, I record music for television and film. I love my work and I am very lucky to making a living doing what I like best, playing music!!!
One more thing! I would like to thank my friend "Jim Steinfeldt" for some of the great photos I have on this page.
