Photography & Music are my number ones, I even play my own tunes when I get the chance. I also enjoy movies, cooking (love it). Anything outdoor and travel. Cycling, Rollerblading, Skiing, Snowboarding, Hiking, Canoeing (a toss up really, I love Kayaking too), etc..etc..
I mostly enjoy a night out at a club or concert listening to a band or a quiet evening in... first and formost friends and family are what I am about.
Music:
Pretty much anything and everything, with a few exceptions. (I'm not kidding here, I can't even do the what kind of music are you quiz...lol). I love indie music, the intimate atmosphere of the shows, the pleasure of hearing a new band and new sounds before they hit the airwaves is great. And if I had to decide, next in line is Jazz. Though, I've been listening to the radio a fair bit lately, my iPod playlist is jammed full of everything imaginable. The Mudmen, City & Colour, Neverending White Lights, Wrong Crowd, Recovery Child, the stevenson memorial, Alexisonfire, Tool, Deftones, Rammestien, Coldplay, The Black Eyed Peas, Parliament, The White Stripes, Paul Oakenfold, Sasha, Afro Celt Soundsystem, John Coltrane, Miles Davis, John Lee Hooker, Jack DeJohnette, Keith Jarrett, Ray Charles, B.B. King, Sinatra, and tons more that I can't think of right now or possibly fit in this section. I have a massive music collection and I play what I feel like at the time...whether it's my jazz playlist, current top 40, electronica, dance, 80's retro, punk, r&b, classic rock, or small indie band stuff, shuffle has to be one of my favorite things.
Movies:
About the same as music, very diversified tastes here too. Love the classics, film noir, thriller/suspense, anime, comedy, drama, the whole nine...
Television:
When I get the time I enjoy watching CSI (Las Vegas and Miami, just no time for NY), 24, ER, Family Guy, The Simpsons, American Dad, The Sopranos, Lost. Haven't been watching much TV this year though, just 24 & CSI, mostly pop in a DVD here and there.

Books:
A good piece of fiction whether it be a current bestseller or something a friend recommended...whatever...I love a good story. Lately though, I have to admit I've been doing more writing of my own. Mostly short stories or poems. But when I feel like a break I enjoy digging into my library & grabbing something, currently I have a few books on the go, from some tech manuals to two novels, The Devil's Horn (story of the saxophone), and Neil Peart's latest bio, Roadshow, of his motorcycling travels during the his recent European tour. Other times enjoy just sitting backand reading the paper, it depends on location and mood.
Heroes:
You Are Skiing
Graceful, athletic, and gusty - you're willing to put it all on the line.
You're willing to take big risks for big rewards.
