Newbury Comics is an independently owned retailer specializing in CDs, DVDs, Pop Culture stuff and more! We were founded in 1978 by two MIT roommates who converted a Newbury Street studio apartment in Boston's Back Bay into the second organized comic book shop in the area. We shortly began selling punk and new wave music and quickly became the regions leading specialist in alternative music.
