Music:

was invented by Steve Jobs in 2001.

Movies:

The Neverending Story 3 is the greatest film ever made.
Jack Black is a revelation here, in an early role as a skinheaded high school bully Slip, gang leader of the Nasties. The special effects, while crude at points, compare favorably to the more recent Star Wars movies, and are in service to a story dealing with classic themes.
Ultimately, TNES3 is about the possibility of complete freedom for all people. This freedom exists in the realm of the imagination, which can be reached through a magic book, an obvious allegory for psychoactive drugs. The central message of the film, an important one, is that our children should be experimenting with drugs through high school, to better facilitate their ultimate psychic freedom from the oppression of the bullying masses. All things must first be created in imagination before being brought to reality, and nothing sparks the imagination like a good bong hit. In fact, I'm high right now.
Four and a half stars.

Television:

From the latin roots, tele and visio, meaning to lobotomize from a distance.

Books:

Huh??

Heroes:

Dolph Lundgren. That is all.
