Born & raised in Vallejo, CA, TY THA ARTIST possesses a wide range of talents which make him a prodigy in the future of the Norcal music scene. Known for his smooth flow, full of witty punchlines, TY THA ARTIST strives for perfection line by line. As a young entrepreneur and full-time college student, TY THA ARTIST credits his artistic creativity to the unique challenges of his busy, everyday life.

In addition to being a skilled vocalist, TY THA ARTIST has also developed skills in music production, graphic design, and video directing which can be seen throughout the accomplishments of his own indie label, Rapshack Records. Acting as head of the label, TY has directly witnessed and been involved with the ups and downs of the competitive music industry and has consequently developed the leadership skills needed to succeed in the ambition-driven business.
