Bio:Well I guess this is my personal bit.What’s to say really? I guess it’s no secret that I hate writing biographies...aside from the old joke about it feeling like a job application I just don’t really like talking about myself. Not because I’m a prude, I just don’t know what to say.I suppose I could go on about what happened in the quarter-century time span of my life, why dogs like to eat large bits of wood, or get political and whinge about the state of the world, but I won’t. I set this page up to allow people to hear what kind of music I like to write. So um.....yeah, here it is. Enjoy it or else! ;)

Matt is UK born & bred, and is currently residing in Cairns, Australia...looking for a way back home.

The Aquila is NOT to be confused with an earlier EDM artist called Aquila, who has an album called Aqua Divae.
Influences: There are no definable influences. A lot of ideas have been picked up over the years. Be it an amazingly fat beat or synthline from The Prodigy's Liam Howlett, a melodical trance element from DJ kings like Paul Van Dyk or anything in between, it's all contributed somehow.
Sounds Like: Matt makes little attempt to deliberately make his music sound like anyone else. What you hear is simply himself...exept on the rare occasion when he experiments with something he has heard before.
