About Me

Born in the midlands, briefly lodging in Streatham, Amy was finally adopted by Liverpool in 1987. Now living in London again, she spends her time writing, performing and recording her own music.Like most musicians Amy initially survived on session work and playing the songwriters circuit, until she was published in October 2004 by Universal Publishing. She has toured the UK extensively and has also performed in Ireland, Spain, Germany, Austria and the United States. She has also supported many artists along the way - K.D Lang, Jamie Cullum, Ray Lamontagne, Simply Red and many more.Driven by the ambition to achieve artistic satisfaction, she wishes to work with the artists she most admires, and to record her albums with music, not money in mind (though some money would help!) Her material harks back to a golden age of music, where investments were made in real talent and the music itself was allowed and encouraged to generate the excitement. Amy is poised to take music back to where it once was, which would in fact be the move forward that music listeners and lovers deserve.
