(Dave Greenald)
I play the following instruments quite well: guitar, accordion, piano, harmonica, hand-drums.
But - possibly to the abject horror of the accomplished practitioner -
I also have the audacity to play the following (and anything else I can
lay my hands on) when recording: tenor horn, cello, balalaika, oud, violin, ocarina, mandolin, Celtic harp
Old Crazy Moon performed live during an open mic session at Telfords Warehouse, Chester, 2006. Don't forget to turn off the song on the main player if you want to listen to the videos!

Sounds Like: Although I like to think my stuff has originality, I have been compared
to artists such as Nick Drake, Chris Rea, Tom
Waits, Nick Cave, the Terem Quartet, Leonard Cohen, Bob Dylan, Donovan, Dr
John, J J Cale, Mark Lanegan - even David Bowie and both Cockers (Joe and
Jarvis)
... but obviously I couldn't sound like all those people at once! Judge
for yourself ... I'd like to hear what you think ... happy to add more
to the list!
